Self-esteem is a sense of self-worth, which helps to tackle violence, child abuse, gender-based violence and organized crime, while promoting fair access to justice. The value and respect given by her to herself, shapes her confidence, decisions and emotional health. Agency is an outcome of self-esteem influencing her ability to handle challenges, pursue goals, and deserve happiness. Self-esteem is a reflection of empowerment which involves a positive self-opinion, self-acceptance, and recognizing of strength.

The foremost transparent institution to support these objectives is a family. Pillars of strengthening a family are harmony, Democracy, Equality, Freedom, and Justice. Eradication of patriarchy to ensure opportunities for Equal Participation, role in decision making is vital.
